We are living in unprecedented times. Stress from the pandemic and other issues seem to be creating a turbulent feeling in ourselves, our relationships and the work-world. Many people are acting out of trauma, without even understanding it! Lynne has created a series of workshops to understand how to self-care and regulate emotions, sharing what she has learned as she embarks on a healing journey from grief and trauma.

    I wanted to connect with you as we are both fledgling freelance writers and this ‘business’ can be lonely at times. My aim for 2014 was to create part-time freelance work for myself as a potential retirement income. I am 56 and wanted my portfolio in place and attractive to clients prior to leaving ‘proper’ work.
    I hope we can touch base from time to time.
